AI Workshop Facilitator for baer.ai lab, max. 10% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer is seeking a part-time employee (max. 10%) in Zurich to serve as an AI workshop facilitator for the baer.ai lab, leading interactive workshops on generative AI and data analysis for multidisciplinary teams. The two-year position, through an external payroll partner, requires a degree in a technical field as well as experience in conducting workshops and using AI tools.
Tasks
- Facilitate interactive, personalized AI workshops for multidisciplinary teams
- Support participants through ideation and prototyping
- Provide practical support for generative AI and data analysis workflows
Requirements
- Completion of a degree or vocational training program in a technical field
- Academic background in AI, computer science, data science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the core concepts of AI and machine learning
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and practical data workflows
- Relevant experience in conducting workshops for clients or employees
- Ability to clearly understand and explain practical AI concepts and workflows
- A passion for innovation and enthusiasm for collaborative learning
- Excellent verbal and practical communication skills
- Clear, confident, and professional communication
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and the ability to respond dynamically to questions
- Reliability and Preparation for Scheduled Workshop Dates
- Maximum 10% work load; determined on a case-by-case basis based on the workshop schedule and mutual availability
