Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced equity analyst (m/f/d) to join its buy-side equity research team to prepare company analyses for portfolio managers and make stock recommendations. The position involves the systematic integration of ESG criteria into company analysis and close cooperation with the portfolio management team.

Tasks

  • Preparation of company analyses for the portfolio managers for various industries
  • Systematic integration of ESG criteria into the company analysis, this explicitly includes detailed forecasts of products and services
  • Close exchange with the portfolio managers on buy and sell recommendations
  • Ongoing monitoring of the relevant markets and developments

Requirements

  • Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, engineering or natural sciences
  • Further education (e.g. PhD, CFA, AZEK, CAIA, CESGAA, etc.)
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in fundamental equity analysis
  • Experience with ESG integration into equity analysis is an advantage, as well as working on ESG issues
  • High affinity for sustainability topics and sustainability research
  • Experience as a buy- or sell-side analyst in the industrial sector
  • Excellent, independent and well-structured way of working with strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of motivation to achieve ambitious goals as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial type with very well developed communication and expression skills in German and English
