Aladdin Client Engagement Associate

Job Description

Aladdin Client Engagement Associate is responsible for maximizing training and works closely with our clients at Aladdin. This role builds deep partnerships with investment teams to generate and execute incremental solutions.

Tasks

The most important tasks include:

• Build relationships with key customers to understand their business goals and needs, and help them leverage Aladdin expertise to achieve their company objectives.
• Understand customers' business challenges and propose solutions that leverage Aladdin to increase value and adoption.
• Work with customers to define key strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Helping customers use Aladdin throughout the entire trading and portfolio process.
• Build strong internal relationships within BlackRock Aladdin and the broader BlackRock organization to support our clients.
• Ensure that customer feedback on products is communicated to product managers and followed up through successful development and execution.
• Staying up to date with regulatory and operational industry trends to help our customers adapt to changing times.
• Act as an expert for Aladdin workflows and processes.
• Run campaigns to promote Aladdin services to existing and new customers.

Requirements

The qualifications include:

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, economics, accounting, or finance.
• Strong interest in FinTech and the asset management sector.
• Familiarity with buy-side investment management, middle office, investment operations, and data/business workflows.
• Working knowledge of stock, bond, and derivatives markets and their life cycles. Knowledge of alternative investments and their life cycles is an advantage.
• English and Spanish language skills are required to support our Southern European business.
• Consultative approach to understanding customer needs and passion for solving problems, combined with a commercial mindset and drive for revenue-generating opportunities.
