Tasks
- Support in the execution of active mandates:
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Modeling and valuation analysis
- Review of transaction agreements
- Management of data rooms
- Marketing initiatives:
- Preparation of market, strategic and credit profile analyses
- Supporting senior management in customer contact and retention
- Direct exposure to all hierarchy levels internally as well as direct customer contact where possible
Requirements
- Experience in reviewing analyst/associate work, valuations and training
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
