ALM Manager

Tasks

• You will play a central role in the Clientis Group's asset and liability management (ALM) and be responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• You will analyze, monitor, and optimize the balance sheet structure of Clientis AG and the Clientis Group with a focus on interest rate, liquidity, and refinancing risks. In doing so, you will make an important contribution to the financial stability and strategic management of the Clientis Group.
• Your responsibilities will include preparing ALM analyses and reports for Clientis AG, the Clientis Financial Group, and other platform banks, including the preparation of regulatory reports in the areas of interest rate risk and liquidity.
• You will support your teammates in treasury matters in managing the central liquidity regime and in activities on the money and capital markets.

Requirements

• University degree in banking and finance/business administration or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of the core processes and circumstances of a Swiss retail bank
• Very good user knowledge of FIS Global's ALM software or comparable software
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as conceptual skills
• Independence, sense of responsibility, willingness to provide service, communication appropriate to the target group
• Flexibility to take on additional assignments during periods of high workload
• Skilled and stylish communication and correspondence in German, as well as knowledge of French and English
