Director of Global Contract Services for the Americas
Barclays is seeking an Americas Global Contract Services Director for a full-time remote position to lead high-volume contract oversight and support for various departments. The role involves reviewing supplier contracts and supporting internal and external initiatives throughout the contract lifecycle.
Position Overview
- An opportunity to fill a position on the Americas Contract Services team.
- The Contract Services team provides high-volume contractual oversight and support to the legal, compliance, and treasury departments, as well as the payments and trading operations and corporate operations departments at Barclays.
- Part of an active contract remediation program, which involves updating existing and new agreements to meet current standards, as well as supporting internal and external contract lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review vendor contracts in accordance with internal standardization guidelines.
