Business Analyst in the Mortgage Lending Sector

Your tasks

• You analyze and develop business requirements for processes related to the origination and closure of mortgage loans
• You identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in processes and propose improvements
• You gather, organize, and document business requirements in collaboration with business, IT, risk, legal, and operations teams

Requirements

• Do you have experience working in business-technology teams?
• you can work with large amounts of data
• You understand how the banking sector works and the regulations that apply to it
• You can clearly communicate your findings and engage with various audiences (business, IT, operations)
• You are team-oriented and friendly throughout the entire customer journey
• you have a college degree
• You communicate in English at a minimum B1 level
• You communicate in Polish at a minimum B2 level
