About this role

Client Onboarding Analyst (SRA) is part of BlackRock's largest business unit. Our team focuses on providing customized onboarding strategies for investment advisors and institutions. By combining world-class technology with extensive derivatives expertise, we make it easy for institutions to access and implement solutions for their investment portfolios. SRA is actively seeking talented individuals who will be responsible for managing the technology interface and communicating with sales, port compliance teams of all sizes of firms. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting and optimizing the onboarding process.

Tasks

  • Management of the account opening process
  • Monitoring the onboarding process for external customers via Salesforce and internal software
  • Implementation of activities through intensive telephone and e-mail communication with external customers
  • Conduct necessary research for setting up a product and opening an account to assess documentation requirements in internal systems
  • Creation of proposals presenting potential SRA solutions for existing and potential clients
  • Ensure project deliverables are met and responsible parties are held accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and bug fixes
  • Demonstrate ownership, assessment, escalation and process resolution of risk issues in a timely manner
  • Managing expectations and understanding by setting timelines and handling documentation requirements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience
  • M-FT degree
  • Ability to solve and analyze problems to determine relevance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce issues and providing workable solutions
  • Successful conflict resolution
  • Demonstrating creative problem solving
  • Some knowledge of financial services and/or industry experience, preferably in wealth/asset management
  • Ability to multitask effectively and utilize internal resources
  • Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills

Our hybrid working model

BlackRock's hybrid working model combines collaboration and teaching with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week. Salary

For Chicago, IL: The salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000. We are not authorized to award annual discretionary bonuses. BlackRock operates a performance-based compensation program with discretionary bonuses, health, savings and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a home office policy.
