About this role

The Client Onboarding Analyst position is part of the Client Experience Ops team. The CX organization ensures that clients have a seamless and efficient experience.

Tasks

• Analysis of customer requirements and preparation of periodic customer reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance of data origin and allocation
• Analyze trends in data requests to continuously improve service and customer reports

Requirements

• High level of expertise in data analysis
• No interest in investment products with a preference of 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically client onboarding, operations and/or reporting
• Excellent customer service skills, maturity and autonomy in communicating directly with customers
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond your role to achieve team and company goals
• Familiarity with financial data/systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information, summarize problems and think creatively
• Sharp control/risk minimization mentality with the ability to know when to intervene or escalate
