Tasks

The role of a fund administration analyst involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Service Provider Management (SPM): Governance & Oversight Support, New Business & Change Management, Commercial Outreach
• Estate Liquidations: End-to-End Closures, Asset Distribution, Process Improvement
• Operations Business Management: Reporting, Accounting & MIS, Budgeting & Forecasting, Class Actions
• Client Operations (COPs) & Fund Financial Reporting (FFR) Support: Analytical and administrative support

Requirements

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in a quantitative field such as finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics
• Relevant experience is not required, but some experience in a work environment is a plus
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SharePoint is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
