Analyst, Fund Expenses

About the Role

This role supports the accurate and timely processing, allocation, and control of fund rebatching costs, working closely with Account Services and Wealth Solutions to leverage the fund allocation model and associated batch processes, and contributing positively to the broader team's objectives.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in processing fund re-batchings, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and contributions to investment and asset allocation.
• You will be involved in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and contributions to investment and asset allocation.

Technical Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable working accurately with data, formulas, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail
• Working knowledge of UKC, including managing third-party relationships, protecting residents, and fostering reconciliation regarding ISAs...
• Strong numerical aptitude for understanding complex calculations related to investments and company policies, as well as investment taxation.
• Works well with others as part of an interdepartmental team and communicates professionally with colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the discipline to review one's own work, identify anomalies, and promptly escalate issues.
• A desire to manage multiple priorities and work toward meeting deadlines, particularly during busy periods at the end of the month and quarter.
• A desire and ability to learn, with the intention of investing in funds and technologies—including AI—to improve the efficiency of processes and products.
