Analyst - Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking

Overview

The role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will support the origination and execution of transactions across debt, equity and hybrid instruments.

Tasks

• Contribution to the execution of capital raising and advisory mandates in the maritime and offshore sectors.
• Support in the creation and maintenance of financial models for valuation, structuring and transaction analysis.
• Preparation of pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda and other documents.
• Execution of due diligence sections and coordination with legal, technical and commercial advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in investment banking, merchant banking or investment management, ideally with experience in shipping, oil & gas or transportation.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (mother tongue).
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
