Analyst – Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking in Athens, Greece.

We are seeking talented entry-level analysts to join our Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking team in Athens. Successful candidates will support the origination and execution of transactions involving debt, equity, and hybrid instruments, work closely with senior bankers, and gain exposure to high-profile international deals in the shipping and offshore industries.

Tasks

- Contributing to the execution of capital-raising and advisory engagements in the maritime and offshore industries. - Developing and maintaining financial models to support valuation, structuring, and transaction analysis. - Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other documents. - Conducting portions of the due diligence process and coordinating with legal, technical, and commercial advisors.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or a related field. - Previous experience in investment banking, merchant banking, or investment management, ideally with experience in the shipping, oil and gas, or transportation industries. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. - High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is a plus. - Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (native language). - Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
