Analyst - Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking

Overview

Tasks

• Contribution to the execution of capital raising and advisory mandates in the maritime and offshore sectors.
• Support in the creation and maintenance of financial models for valuation, structuring and transaction analysis.
• Support in preparing pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other documents.
• Conducting sections of due diligence and coordinating with legal, technical, and commercial advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, merchant banking, or investment management, ideally with experience in the shipping, oil & gas, or transportation sectors.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (mother tongue).
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
