Analyst - Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking

Overview

Tasks

• Contribute to the execution of capital raising and advisory mandates in the maritime and offshore industries.
• Assist with and maintain financial models to support valuation, structuring, and transaction analysis.
• Support the preparation of pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other materials.
• Perform sections of due diligence and coordinate with legal, technical, and commercial advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in investment banking, merchant banking, or investment management, ideally with exposure to shipping, oil & gas, or transportation.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (native).
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
