Tasks
- Contribution to the execution of capital procurement and consulting mandates in the maritime and offshore industry
- Support in the creation and maintenance of financial models for valuation, structuring, and transaction analysis
- Preparation of pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other materials
- Conducting due diligence sections and coordinating with legal, technical, and commercial advisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, merchant banking, or investment management, ideally with experience in the shipping, oil and gas, or transportation industries
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (native language)
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
