Analyst - Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking

Tasks

• Contribution to the execution of capital increases and advisory engagements in the maritime and offshore industries.
• Support and maintenance of financial models to assist with valuation, structuring, and transaction analysis.
• Assistance with the preparation of pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other commercial reports.
• Conducting due diligence reviews and coordinating with legal, technical, and commercial advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in investment banking, merchant banking, or investment management, ideally related to shipping, oil & gas, or transportation.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (native language).
• Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
