Tasks

• Analysis and reporting of incidents to ensure compliance with regulations
• Analysis of the effectiveness of processes and controls
• Develop and implement tools to monitor operations to identify risks of non-compliance and ensure the effectiveness of controls
• Analyzing the causes of incidents and developing corrective action plans
• Regulation monitoring
• Maintain study references LETF and MIAU to ensure accuracy of data and act as point of contact for teams and interviewees
• Participation in the development of the Group's compliance policies

Requirements

• Completion of studies with a level of Bac +4/5
• 1-3 years of experience in a compliance service within a bank or financial institution
• Good knowledge of markets and financial regulations
• Experience in a compliance or audit service would be an advantage
• Command of the English language (level B1)
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
