Analyste crédit senior - clientèle des Particuliers
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for an experienced analyst for its Credit Management department who, as a senior credit analyst, will be responsible for analyzing credit applications and making decisions within the scope of their assigned responsibilities for private clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of credit, experience as a credit analyst, and strong analytical, decision-making, and synthesis skills.
Tasks
- Analyzing mortgage loan applications for retail customers independently
- Monitoring compliance with rules, guidelines, and credit policies
- Making decisions within the scope of assigned authority or advising higher-level authorities
- Managing the risk of the client portfolio and taking action when necessary
- Providing support and expertise to front-office consultants
- Participation in internal projects and in employee training
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of loans
- Experience as a credit analyst
- Ability to analyze, make decisions, and synthesize information
- Customer focus, team spirit, initiative
- Accuracy, diligence, efficiency
- Knowledge of German and English—a plus
