Senior Full-Stack and Front-End Java Developer Analyst - IT Distribution Marketing

BCV is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with at least seven years of experience who can develop both backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular) applications and lead the technical architecture and the team. The candidate will also be responsible for industrializing CI/CD pipelines, implementing DevOps practices, and ensuring code quality and the technical development of the developers.

Vos missions principales

Design the application architecture and make technical decisions (modularization, APIs, security, overall consistency).
Full-stack development: REST API endpoints in Java/Spring Boot, Angular interfaces, front-end/back-end integration.
Quality assurance: code reviews, TDD, best practices, quality gates, reducing technical debt.
Streamlining deliveries: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployments across multiple environments.
Provide technical guidance to the team: mentoring, onboarding, facilitating technical stand-ups, and helping developers become more independent.
Ensuring production safety: monitoring, management, and incident prevention.
Engage with the business and stakeholders (Product Owner, partner teams) to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Votre profil

7 years or more of Java development experience, including initial experience as a technical lead or subject matter expert.
Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (REST API, security, persistence).
Proficiency in Angular and the TypeScript/RxJS combination (reusable components).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab) and Docker.
OpenShift / Kubernetes and advanced DevOps practices (infrastructure as code, observability).
Proficiency in relational databases and SQL optimization.
Agile/Scrum practices, code reviews, and quality best practices.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, provide feedback to, and help developers improve their skills.
