Job description
Tasks
- Analysis of the appropriateness of financing solutions for complex financing, identification of risks and proposals to the hierarchy
- Participation in the preparation of financing concepts and documentation
- Preparation of credit committees and monitoring of financing concepts through to implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in corporate finance
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment
- Very good knowledge of structured financing
- Very good analysis and synthesis skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good command of English (written, oral)
- Fluent English (all documents are in English, part of the team only speaks English)
- Good knowledge of software tools
