Business analyst
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Business Testing Analyst (100% temporary until the end of the year) for its Finance and Risk Division to assist in the revision of the customer acquisition process and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating test cases, and conducting tests.
Vos missions
- analyze functional specifications to understand business needs and user scenarios,
- Write clear and detailed test cases, ensuring complete functional coverage.
- identify and prepare the data sets necessary for performing the tests,
- participate in the execution of tests according to the schedule defined within the framework of the project,
- Identify, document, and record anomalies in a clear and reproducible manner.
- Collaborate with business and IT project teams to ensure rigorous monitoring and transparent reporting of tests.
Votre profil
- Professional experience in the banking sector is desirable, ideally with a good understanding of the customer lifecycle (establishing and maintaining relationships).
- Experience in business testing phases is an asset.
- Good analytical skills, rigor, and ability to collaborate with all project stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management methods and tools (knowledge of Confluence and Octane is a major asset) and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
