Business Analyst - 100% Temporary Contract through the End of the Year

Tasks

• Analyzing specific functional requirements to understand business needs and user scenarios
• Create clear and detailed test cases to ensure complete functional coverage
• Identifying and preparing the necessary data sets for conducting tests
• Participation in the execution of tests in accordance with the project schedule
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting anomalies in a clear and reproducible manner
• Collaborate with the business and IT project teams to ensure rigorous monitoring and transparent reporting of the tests

Requirements

• Professional experience in the banking sector is preferred, ideally with a good understanding of the customer lifecycle (customer acquisition and customer service)
• Experience in the business testing phases is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with all parties involved in the project
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools (knowledge of Confluence and Octane is a major plus) and office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
