Overview

• Analytics Translator – Business Analytics & Sales (all) 80–100%
• Permanent position (open-ended) | Immediate start or by agreement | Home office option

Tasks

• Translation of analytical questions in sales and marketing
• Close collaboration with data scientists, BI analysts, and specialist departments to jointly develop solutions
• Deriving recommendations for action from analyses and presenting them to management and the sales team
• Support in introducing data-driven decision-making processes in sales
• Creation of analyses and dashboards that drive sustainable business growth

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in banking
• Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HF) in economics, banking, finance, business informatics
• German (business fluent), English (good knowledge)
• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, data & analytics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in banking, sales, or analytics-related projects
• Good understanding of databases and their application in a business context (SQL/Python/BI skills are an advantage, but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
