Analytics Translator – Business Analytics & Sales
Migros Bank is looking for an Analytics Translator to act as a bridge between business and analytics and support data-driven decisions in sales and marketing. The role involves analyzing data, creating dashboards, and presenting recommendations for action to management and the sales team.
Overview
Analytics Translator – Business Analytics & Sales (all) 80–100%
Permanent position (open-ended) • Immediate start or by agreement • Home office option
Tasks
- Translation of sales and marketing requirements into analytical questions
- Close collaboration with data scientists, BI analysts, and specialist departments to jointly develop solutions
- Creating analyses and dashboards that drive sustainable business growth
- Deriving recommendations for action from analyses and presenting them to management and the sales team
- Supporting the introduction of data-driven decision-making processes in sales
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in banking
- Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HF) in economics, banking, finance, business informatics
- Several years of experience in banking, sales, or analytics-related projects
- Good understanding of databases and their application in a business context (SQL/Python/BI skills are an advantage, but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
