Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Group is looking for a contact person for employees in Wealth and Portfolio Management for technical and legal issues. The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed law degree and experience in the banking sector as well as knowledge of German and European regulatory law.
Tasks
- Contact person for employees in Wealth and Portfolio Management for technical and legal questions (e.g. on account and custody accounts, asset management and investment advice)
Requirements
- Successfully completed law studies (LL.B., LL.M., 1st or 2nd state examination)
- Professional experience in the banking sector and/or basic knowledge of banking and capital market law desirable
- Knowledge of German and European regulatory law (e.g. ESG, MiFID, KAG, WpHG, MaRisk, MaComp) or preparation
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of problem-solving competence and process-oriented thinking paired with creativity and pragmatism
- Independent working style and constant communication skills, paired with the ability to work in a team and enjoy working together
- Willingness to take on responsibility, combined with a high willingness to perform and learn in order to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics
