Tasks

The point of contact for clients in wealth and portfolio management regarding technical and legal matters (e.g., accounts and securities accounts, asset management, and investment advice).

What we expect from you

• Successful completion of a law degree (first and second state examinations)
• Professional experience in the banking sector and a solid understanding of banking and capital markets law are desirable
• Knowledge of the German and European regulatory landscape (e.g., ESG, MiFID, KWG, WpHG, MaRisk, MaComp, etc.) is a plus
• Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of problem-solving competence and process-oriented thinking paired with creativity and pragmatism
• Ability to work independently and constant cooperation skills, coupled with teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with others
• Willingness to take on responsibility, combined with a high willingness to perform and learn in order to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics
