The ideal candidate holds a law degree, has professional experience in the banking sector, and possesses strong analytical skills.
Tasks
Point of contact for employees in Wealth and Portfolio Management regarding technical and legal matters (e.g., accounts and custody accounts, asset management, and investment advice)Requirements
- Successful completion of a law degree (first and second state examinations)
- Professional experience in the banking sector and a solid understanding of banking and capital markets law are desirable
- Knowledge of German and European supervisory and regulatory law (e.g., ESG, MiFID, KWG, WpHG, MaRisk, MaComp, etc.) is a plus
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of problem-solving competence and process-oriented thinking paired with creativity and pragmatism
- Ability to work independently and consistently demonstrate collaborative skills, combined with a team spirit and a passion for working with others
- Willingness to take on responsibility, combined with a high willingness to perform and learn in order to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics
