Tasks

• Collaboration with technology experts in the areas of software engineering, data engineering and infrastructure
• Delivery of high-quality, highly available, parallel and fault-tolerant systems
• Design, development and architecture of large-scale applications
• Work on product management and development of software used by developers
• Application of technologies to solve complex problems, identification of problems and obstacles in the process
• Translation of business requirements into solutions through rapid prototyping
• Technical leadership by example, mentoring and technical expertise
• Promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity

Requirements

• B.S./M.S. degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years experience
• High level of knowledge in one or more programming languages
• Experience with the development of applications in:
  • Java
  • Python
  • C/C++
• Working knowledge of databases and data structures
• Experience with agile methods
• Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Git, source control management systems and automated tests
• Knowledge of modern software development frameworks such as React, Vue.js
• Experience with Open Container Initiative (OCI) container packaging and deployment
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains and software engineering best practices
