Application Engineer

Tasks

• Translating business requirements into clear, testable system requirements and solution designs.
• Conduct end-to-end impact analyses across applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Ensure alignment with the target architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining requirements (epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria) and managing changes throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in application engineering, solution engineering, or software delivery roles.
• Experience with Temenos T24, TripleA, or CRM systems in the banking or asset management industry would be an advantage.
• Extensive experience in system design, integration architecture, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of APIs, messaging/event-driven architectures, CI/CD, testing, and operational readiness.
• Ability to evaluate code quality in terms of maintainability, performance, and security.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and engineering.
• Experience in the financial services industry or a regulated environment is a plus.
• Fluent English.
