Application Manager (m/f)
As an Application Manager at incore Technology, you will be responsible for the operation, further development, and release management of banking applications, as well as providing technical consulting to client departments. Your tasks
- Ensuring the operation and further development of banking applications, system environments, and updates
- Monitoring and resolving customer inquiries across various banking departments
- Technical support and consulting for the banking departments involved in our clients' projects
- Coordination, testing, and support for release waves and processes during system migrations
Requirements
- Experience in the operation, support, and optimization of partner models for the Core-mentierung component of the overall Finnova concept, the temporary project management system MyWorld.de (MHCD), and the implementation of B-solutions
- Excellent command of German, good command of English
- A service-oriented individual with a team spirit and a strong customer focus
