Market Surveillance Application Manager (m/f/d)
The Market Surveillance Application Manager is responsible for monitoring market manipulation and insider trading within the Capital Markets Compliance Team and provides support for the market surveillance software. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and offers a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for professional development.
Tasks
- As part of the compliance function, responsible for monitoring market manipulation and insider trading. This monitoring is carried out by the Capital Markets Compliance Team.
- As part of the Capital Markets Compliance team, you will provide dynamic support for our market surveillance software.
- Point of contact for questions, incidents, and system errors, and coordinates with software vendors.
- You identify areas for improvement to further develop monitoring and testing software.
- Active support for capital markets compliance, e.g., with regard to MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), and the Market Abuse Regulation.
- Supervision of examinations by the Chamber of Commerce.
- Liaison between the department and IT for interface adjustments and software releases.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a comparable degree in a related field
