Market Surveillance Application Manager (m/f/d)
The Market Surveillance Application Manager is responsible for monitoring market manipulation and insider information and supports the Capital Markets Compliance Team in the dynamic monitoring of market surveillance software. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or business administration.
Tasks
As part of the compliance function, you are responsible for monitoring market manipulation and insider trading. Your role involves monitoring activities within the Capital Markets Compliance Team. Your responsibilities include:- Supporting the Capital Markets Compliance team in the dynamic monitoring of market surveillance software
- Point of contact for questions, incidents, and documentation of system errors, as well as software vendor configurations
- Identifying opportunities for improvement to further develop monitoring software
- Active support for capital market supervision (e.g., with regard to MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), and market abuse regulations)
- Supervision of audits by regulatory authorities
- Liaison between the department and IT regarding interface adjustments and software releases
Requirements
You should meet the following requirements:- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree in a related field
