Market Surveillance Application Manager (m/f/d)
The DZ BANK Group is seeking a Market Surveillance Application Manager (m/f/d) who, in a compliance role, will be responsible for monitoring market manipulation and insider information. The successful candidate will join the Capital Markets Compliance team and assist in further developing surveillance and operational processes, as well as in implementing regulatory requirements.
Tasks
As part of the compliance function, you are responsible for:- Market Manipulation and Insider Information/Trading
- Contact person for questions, incidents, and documentation of system errors and software vendors
- Identifying opportunities for improvement to further develop monitoring and dynamics
- Active support for capital markets compliance (e.g., with regard to MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), and the German Banking Supervision Act (MaRisk))
- Supervision of exams by the school
- Liaison between the department and IT regarding interface adjustments and software releases
Requirements
