Market Surveillance Application Manager (m/f/d)
DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking an Application Manager for Market Surveillance who will be responsible for trade monitoring in the capital markets and providing support for the market surveillance software. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, as well as experience in creating dashboards and analyses.
What you can expect
- As part of the compliance function, you will be responsible for trade monitoring in the capital markets (subject to approval by BaFin). As a member of the Capital Markets Compliance team, you will support our market surveillance software and processes.
- Point of contact for questions, incidents, and reporting system errors and critical software vendors
- They identify areas for improvement to further develop monitoring software
- Active support for capital market dynamics (e.g., with regard to MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), and MaRisk)
- Monitoring of inspections by the technical department and the retail division
- Liaison between the department and IT regarding interface adjustments and software releases
What you bring with you
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree in a related field
- Ability to overcome professional and technical challenges
- Basic understanding of trading processes
- Interest in creating dashboards, analyses, reports, visualizations, and compliance processes—for example, in the context of AML
