Application Manager (m/f)
Incore Holding AG is seeking an Application Manager (m/f) for a full-time position to oversee the operation and further development of banking applications, as well as the coordination of releases and system issues. The position requires experience at the interface between banking and IT operations, as well as very good German and good English skills.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the operation and further development of banking applications, system components, and implementations
- Provision and coordination of functionalities for various banking departments
- Analysis, prioritization, and resolution of issues, as well as implementation of new requirements
- Technical support and advice for the banking clients of our client banks
- Coordination, testing, and comparison of releases, as well as new features
Your profile
- Motivated professional working at the intersection of banking and IT operations
- Strong customer focus
- Experience in operating, evaluating, and configuring core systems
- Experience with implementations, CheckMx, Aclis, Damafox, Hyperasense (bosraich on AGI)/Hypermare (MFI)
- Excellent command of German, good command of English
- A service-oriented individual with a team spirit and a strong focus on customer service
