Tasks

* Ensuring the operation and further development of banking applications, system environments, and peripheral systems * Handling and resolving customer inquiries regarding functionalities across various banking departments * Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving issues, as well as implementing new requirements * Providing technical support and advice to the banking users at our client banks * Coordinating, testing, and supporting releases and new features

Your profile

For this exciting and varied role, we are seeking motivated professionals who work at the intersection of banking and IT operations, with a strong customer focus and the following skills:

• Experience in the operation, support, and ideally the configuration of core banking systems or other business-critical applications
• Knowledge of process automation, controls, and systems, as well as strong SQL skills
• Ideally, banking expertise in the areas of portfolio management, trading, and securities
• Experience with the Finnova Core Banking System, its peripheral systems, or other core banking systems is a plus
• A service-oriented individual with a team spirit and a strong focus on customer service
