Application Manager (m/f)
Incore Technology AG is seeking an Application Manager (m/f) who combines banking expertise with IT knowledge and is interested in further developing their skills at the intersection of banking and IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, operating and further developing banking applications, and providing advice and support to banking professionals.
Tasks
- Handling customer inquiries regarding features in various departments
- Operation and Further Development of Banking Applications
- Advice and support for our clients' banking professionals
- Troubleshooting and Resolution
- Coordination and support for new features and releases
Requirements
- Banking education and continuing education (computer science, business administration)
- At least 2 years of experience in a banking environment such as trading, securities, payment transactions, portfolio management, or digital/mobile banking
- Experience using the Finnova application environment and, ideally, with SQL
- Strong interest in computer science, business processes, and analytics
- Service-oriented individual with a team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
