Application Manager (m/f)
Incore Technology AG is seeking an Application Manager (m/f) to further develop the interface between IT and banking and to oversee the operation, support, and further development of banking applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating core banking systems and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Tasks
- Ensuring the operation and further development of banking applications, system environments, and peripheral systems
- Processing and resolving customer inquiries regarding functionalities across various banking departments
- Analysis, prioritization, and resolution of issues, as well as implementation of new requirements
- Technical support and consulting for the banking software users at our client banks
- Coordination, testing, and support for releases and new features
Requirements
- Experience in the operation, support, and ideally the configuration of core banking systems or other business-critical applications
- Knowledge of process automation, controls, and systems, as well as strong SQL skills
- Ideally, banking expertise in the areas of portfolio management, trading, and securities
- Experience with the Finnova Core Banking System, its peripheral systems, or other core banking systems is a plus
- A service-oriented individual with a team spirit and a strong focus on customer service
