Tasks and area of responsibility

• Operation, monitoring, and technical configuration of the various in-house applications assigned to you (Finnova, mammut LION, various solutions)
• 1st- and 2nd-level support for incidents and change requests
• Needs assessment among key stakeholders, such as executives, end users, and project team members
• Coordination of improvement and automation measures
• Conducting tests and ensuring proper operation in accordance with requirements
• Assistance with implementing changes and addressing challenges related to the applications under your responsibility
• Determining priorities for implementing business requirements in accordance with the requirements style
• Participation in Projects

Profile

• A trustworthy and solution-oriented person with an affinity for IT
• Basic business training in the finance industry with relevant continuing education, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of "Application Management"
• Knowledge of business analysis and the financial markets, the banking system, or banking and related industries
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
