Application Operation Manager 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Monitoring the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements - Comprehensive understanding and careful tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management - ACI as gatekeeper for changes to the platform and ensuring compliance with IT governance (e.g., security, risk management, technical debt management, etc.) - Continuous improvement of service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management - Ability to work independently and with attention to detail when troubleshooting technical platform components - Ensuring proper adaptation and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the IT service owner and application engineer, and coordinating the transition to test and production environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in projects and/or operation of IT applications and/or data platforms
• Dynamic and agile mindset, passionate about operations, operational improvements, and automation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills
• Relevant education and professional experience in the field of computer science
