Application Operations Manager, Identity and Access Management (100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

The role involves monitoring the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This includes a comprehensive understanding and careful tracking of all service dependencies, as well as proactive lifecycle management. Specifically, this includes:

• UBS Central Unix/Wind Service: This service is the source of user IDs in j0 and creates user IDs for various user types, such as employees, non-staff users, BOI users, and others
• Operations (maintenance and support, SLA, incidents, problems, releases/testing, risk management, lifecycle, documentation) in the area of "Identity and Access Management"
• Business Analysis: Solution design and implementation/deployment of changes/enhancements in collaboration with the software vendor
• Implementation and Testing of Product Releases
• Project assignments (data migrations, impact analyses)
• No human resources management, no budget responsibility

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid IT knowledge and skills (particularly in Linux, Java, PowerShell, and Oracle) and more than one year of experience in the field of Identity and Access Management
• Creation and maintenance of application documentation
• Experience in testing new requirements
• In-depth understanding of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access management, and attribute-based access management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to interpret complex technical information
• Quick learner with an understanding of business context and project governance
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
