Application Operations Manager, Identity and Access Management (100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

The position involves monitoring the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service-level agreements. This includes a comprehensive understanding and careful tracking of all service dependencies, as well as proactive lifecycle management. - DIS Central UIs & Web Service: The user interface for users in JD. It will manage user IDs for various user types, such as employees, non-personal users, BOIs users, and others. - The following activities are also part of the position:

• Operations (Maintenance and Support, SLA, Incident, Problem, Release/Test, and Risk Management, Lifecycle, Documentation) in the area of "Identity and Access Management"
• Business Analysis: Solution design and implementation of changes/improvements in collaboration with the software vendor
• Implementation and Testing of Product Releases
• Project assignments (data migrations, impact analyses)
• No human resources management, no budget responsibility

Requirements

- The ideal candidate has solid IT knowledge and skills (particularly in Linux, Java, PowerShell, and Oracle) and more than one year of experience in identity and access management. Banking experience is a plus. - Creating and maintaining application documentation - Experience testing new requirements - In-depth understanding of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access, and attribute-based access - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to interpret complex technical information - A quick learner with an understanding of the business context and project governance
