Application Manager (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Support for the ongoing optimization of the Health Management Division's application solutions in the Application Sales department
• Preparation of Market Value Analyses
• Responsibility for reporting and analysis of various data areas as a “Data Business Partner”
• Translating health system data into clear and concise statements for management
• Participation in various data-related projects aimed at improving digitization processes in the healthcare sector
• Support for the further development and implementation of the BI tool
• Analyzing, designing, scripting, and implementing use cases and software applications
• Procurement Planning and Selection of Suppliers (Contractors and/or External Specialists)
• Involvement in the tracking (referral and reimbursement) of the Health Services departments (CSM, Marketing, and Applications)
• Participate in internal and external meetings to represent the department (market trends, monitoring of maintenance and application data)
• Fundamentals of Android Development – Creating Reports Based on Database Engine Fixes and Project Management
• Designing data structures and data flows to store data in one or more locations
• Status tracking, environments, and support for data collection and project management
• Expertise Through Training and Mentoring/Research on Company-Wide Data Protection Systems
• Development of new process designs and architectural designs, software architecture platforms, and database gateways
• Comprehensive project support (e.g., creation and development of our software solution platforms)

Requirements

• Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry would be an asset
• Proficiency in SAP PP and QM, MES, or SAP AFR would be an asset
• Degree from a university of applied sciences
• Strong analytical approach
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French and/or Spanish) would be an asset
• An interest in fitness, sports, or health would be an asset
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a knack for spotting trends
• A structured and reliable work style
• 3 years of professional experience in business information management
• 5 years of professional experience in SQL or similar programming languages
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Strong interest in data processing and analytics (e.g., in BI reporting tools)
• Advanced understanding of data management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
