Application Manager (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Submission of Scientific and Technical Information to Other Technical Authorities
• Serve as a model for all other members of the medical leadership team
• Management at the Interdisciplinary Executive Level / Project Management
• Coverage of a portfolio of very small to medium-sized companies, including public and private educational programs
• Development and deployment with Ana, Efsi, Danling, Bing, and state-level data retrieval
• Ensuring seamless integration between projects and internal data warehouses that store large volumes of data and their intended uses
• Planning, implementation, and coordination, including methodology, analysis, and quality control
• Providing a stable solution through collaboration with external service providers
• Planning and updating knowledge and training related to analytics and data pipelines
• Analysis and monitoring of existing and new initiatives within our healthcare quality and regulatory framework
• Establishing a relationship with the internal risk management team and related departments to improve, present, and discuss (framework) requirements
• Development of a Cross-Sectoral Methodology for Quality Planning and Strategic Planning
• Contribution to Supporting Innovative Vision Planning
• Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of quality and planning tasks, as well as providing feedback to senior project managers while maintaining close communication with the project teams
• Quality management and continuous improvement, with a focus on improvement practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Experience with digital data transformation techniques
• Experience in deploying a public/private hybrid data center for real-time and batch workflows (Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra), preferably using Python/Java
• Knowledge and ability to contribute to the maintenance of a complete production technology stack through (ongoing) effort and to ensure the optimal use of resources within an SLA
• Ph.D., DVM, and master's degrees in Health Informatics
