Application Manager / IT Service Owner (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

Responsible for monitoring the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This includes a thorough understanding and careful tracking of all service dependencies, as well as proactive lifecycle management. * Monitoring and analysis of the IT service * Identifying and addressing the root causes of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents * Continuous improvement: Monitoring and analyzing the IT service, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality * Communication: Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and feedback on the IT service * Compliance and governance: Ensuring that the IT service complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies * Test/release management and deployment of fixes and enhancements/upgrades

Requirements

* ITIL fundamentals, software, infrastructure * Data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make decisions and optimize IT services * Problem-solving: Experience in solving complex technical problems * Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and customers * Stakeholder management: Ability to identify, analyze, and address stakeholder needs and expectations * Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies * Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL) * At least 5 years of experience as an IT Service Owner/Application Manager * At least 5 years of IT expertise, particularly with FTS systems such as Bloomberg, LSEG/Reuters, Marketmap, BAHA, SIX, Contributing, etc. * Analytical and coordination skills * Ability to work independently and autonomously * Open to learning and acquiring new skills
