Application Manager / IT Service Owner (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

Responsible for monitoring the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This includes a comprehensive understanding and careful tracking of all service dependencies, as well as proactive lifecycle management. - Impact on business operations - Problem management: Identifying and addressing the root causes of disruptions, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences - Continuous improvement: Monitoring and analyzing the IT service, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality - Communication: Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and feedback on the IT service - Compliance and Governance: Ensuring that the IT service complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies - Test/Release Management and Deployment of Fixes and Enhancements/Upgrades

Your profile

- IT Service Management: Understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL) - Technical knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networks - Data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make decisions and optimize IT services - Problem-solving: Skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues - Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and customers - Stakeholder management: Ability to identify, analyze, and address stakeholder needs and expectations - Governance and compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies - Openness to learning and acquiring new skills
