Tasks

- Problem Management: Identifying and addressing the root causes of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences - Continuous Improvement: Monitoring and analyzing the IT service, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality - Communication: Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and feedback on the IT service - Compliance and Governance: Ensuring that the IT service complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies - Test/Release Management and Deployment of Fixes and Enhancements/Upgrades

Requirements

• IT Service Management: Understanding IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networks
• Data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make decisions and optimize IT services
• Troubleshooting: Expertise in identifying and resolving complex technical issues
• Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and customers
• Stakeholder management: The ability to identify, analyze, and address stakeholder needs and expectations
• Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
