Application Manager / IT Service Owner (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Application Manager / IT Service Owner who will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing IT services and who brings experience in IT service management, technology, and data analysis. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure that IT services comply with legal and organizational requirements.
Tasks
- Problem Management: Identifying and addressing the root causes of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences - Continuous Improvement: Monitoring and analyzing the IT service, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality - Communication: Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and feedback on the IT service - Compliance and Governance: Ensuring that the IT service complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies - Test/Release Management and Deployment of Fixes and Enhancements/UpgradesRequirements
- IT Service Management: Understanding IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networks
- Data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make decisions and optimize IT services
- Troubleshooting: Expertise in identifying and resolving complex technical issues
- Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and customers
- Stakeholder management: The ability to identify, analyze, and address stakeholder needs and expectations
- Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
- Openness to learning and acquiring new skills
