Job description

Tasks

• Continuous Improvements: Monitoring and analyzing IT services, identifying potential for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Communication: main point of contact for stakeholders, regular updates, reports and feedback on the IT service
• Compliance and governance: Ensuring that the IT service complies with the relevant laws, regulations and organizational guidelines
• Test/release management and deployments of fixes and enhancements/upgrades

Requirements

• IT service management: understanding of IT service management principles, processes and best practices (e.g. ITIL)
• Technology skills: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure and applications, including hardware, software and networks
• Data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make decisions and optimize IT services
• Problem solving: Skill in troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems
• Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and customers
• Stakeholder management: Ability to identify, analyze, and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations
• Governance and compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies

Education and skills

• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT service owner/application manager
