Job description

Application/Software Engineer – Data & Regulatory Compliance 100% (m/f/d) – (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start date until December 31, 2026, with possible extension)

Tasks

• Development and implementation of solutions for regulatory compliance in the area of data and regulatory compliance
• Design of service architectures, system integration, and implementation of workflow-driven solutions
• Development and maintenance of data integration and analysis systems using Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, and Dataiku DSS
• Regulation of data management and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely cross-border submissions

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
• Extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL and database development; skills in Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, and Dataiku DSS for data integration and analysis
• Experience with regulatory data management and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely cross-border submissions
• Practical experience with AEoI frameworks (CRS, FATCA, CARF) and global tax regulations
• Successful experience in designing service architectures, system integration, and implementing workflow-driven solutions
• Solution-oriented with strong documentation skills, committed to delivering clear, sustainable technical solutions
• Deep understanding of software development, customization, and structured decomposition of complex requirements
• Familiarity with Regnology's FLTAX platform is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are highly welcome
